I pay all the real estate taxes on the commercial/residential properties that our bank escrows for on behalf of our borrowers. Additionally, I set up tracking for taxes on every loan that has real estate as collateral. Furthermore, I work our delinquency process on all loans with delinquent taxes. Finally, I run escrow analyses, work service events, and answer borrower questions about their taxes/escrow.

I receive, sort, and organize all incoming and outgoing packages for the company.Additionally I identify any discrepancies between received goods and customer's order. I also work closely with sales, purchasing, production, and quality assurance to make sure that the customer receives exactly what they order in a timely and efficient manner. Furthermore I am cross trained to perform almost any task throughout the operations process.
