I pay all the real estate taxes on the commercial/residential properties that our bank escrows for on behalf of our borrowers. Additionally, I set up tracking for taxes on every loan that has real estate as collateral. Furthermore, I work our delinquency process on all loans with delinquent taxes. Finally, I run escrow analyses, work service events, and answer borrower questions about their taxes/escrow.
