Through Development we seek to spread the word of HT by cultivating relationships with a growing network of supporters -individual, congregational, and organizational. The mission of HT is made possible by these indispensable relationships. The marketing of Higher Things seeks to spread the word of HT through our network of supporters, and to those who may not be familiar with our mission. We utilize our website, www.higherthings.org, social media, mailing, and our large catalogue of content and resources to spread our mission.

Assistant Director for the entertainment department for Conroe's Incredible Pizza, a franchise of America's Incredible Pizza. Responsible for the hiring, development, and maintaining of a staff of over 30. Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and safety standards of multiple amusement attractions. Developed, oversaw, and participated in the expansion and renovation of multiple projects.Responsible for day-to-day operations of the department including scheduling, ordering, hiring, and delegation. Well versed in customer service and the customer experience. I believe a customer first attitude does not have to be at the expense of the business, or the employees!
