I have over twenty five40 years of experience in originating, financing and acquiring infrastructure assets and businesses throughout the energy and real estate value chain, including related commodities. I have a proven track record of mergers and acquisitions of highly structured commercial transactions in competitive markets throughout the world. I also provide investment advisory through to initiate M&A transactions in the Energy, Infrastructure and Petrochemical markets. I have represented sell-side transactions of mid-stream and down-stream energy, oilfield service and early stage/venture capital.
