Established donor development programs and managed one-to-one communication using database technology. Clients included every major hospital from Victoria to Halifax and major charities such as Heart and Stroke, Canadian Cancer Financial Services: developed and implemented direct insurance marketing, sales and customer service programs for all the major banks in Canada including RBC, TD, CIBC, BMO, BNS, NBC, HSBC - helped launch the banks and trust companies into the insurance segment in which they are now dominant.Pharmaceutical: developed and implement direct to patient support programs on behalf of drug manufacturers including Novartis, Bristol Myer, Wyatt, Abbott, Glaxo, Merck, supported these activities with a Nurse based call centre and medical board reviewed operating procedures. Created AlterHealth and the Compliance Development Group to focus skills on improving life time value of patients for drug marketers by improving compliance to script. These groups designed and implemented many Phase IV trials in pursuit of best practices.Telecommunications: provided customer acquisition and customer care programs for Sprint, Rogers, Fido, and Bell Canada through our wholly owned telemarketing call centres in Montreal and Cornwall.
