Heads up a specialist team which is responsible for managing and supporting Baillie Gifford’s digital communications across all external audiences and assisting the business in the delivery of content through various technologies. Main Responsibilities:- Responsibility for all of Baillie Gifford's external facing websites, including all back-end processes and systems- Online brand guardian: ensuring consistency (both message and style) in all digital communications- Driving innovation, inspiration and best practice in the digital sphere- Managing external vendor relationships in this area- Collaboration with internal departments to deliver first class digital experiences- Delivery of online client reporting and marketing initiatives- Management of email marketing software and facilitating online content distribution- Online reporting and metrics- Website content, web content management systems and processes - Facilitation of the production and delivery of films and webcasts- Assist client contacts and marketers in the delivery of content through various technologies- Support business plans/objectives/strategy
