• Implemented and managed a one time 45 day collections incentive program that realized a bonus of $2000 per collector and reduced DSO by 2 full days.

• Instrumental in growing department staff from two to thirteen staff members. Hired and trained all staff.
• Coordinated with Imports/Logistics departments and vendors to develop a 3rd Party Billing module with Access and Excel that captured and collected over $1MM in potential lost accessorial costs.
