Science, Technology and Entrepreneurship is what I am passionate about. I am a Senior Principal for Angelini Ventures - A corporate venture arm of Angelini Industries (incl. Angelini Pharma). We invest in life science and digital health. I am based in Copenhagen. Angelini Ventures is headquartered in Rome. In my previous roles, I worked for Lundbeck as a Director for Corporate Business Development & Strategy, focusing on in- and outlicensing of therapeutic assets, scouting for new opportunities in neurology and Digital Therapeutics (DTx). I was previously with UCB in Belgium as Associate Director for Global Business Development and at Sunstone Capital (Sunstone Life Science Ventures), a Danish Venture Capital fund based in Copenhagen, investing in Life Science Technologies (drug development, medtech and diagnostics). I joined Sunstone in 2015 from the Innovation Centre Denmark in Munich, where I was working as a Life Science consultant focusing on helping Danish biotechnology, pharma and MedTech start-ups and SME’s in the German and Swiss markets.I have lived and worked in USA, Australia, Germany, Belgium and Denmark. I have a MSc in Biology and Biotechnology from the University of Copenhagen and a PhD in neurobiology from the Max-Planck Institute of Neurobiology/Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. I have a sweet-spot for protein engineering, advanced screening methods and CNS related topics.Besides my work, I am active in:• Jymmin (co-founder) a Max Planck spin-out focusing on neuro-hacking and wellbeing through sensorics and softrware for rehabilitation and fitness training• REBBLS (Rising Entrepreneurs in BioBusiness and Life Science); VP and Boardmember, a network in Copenhagen for young life science professionals and granduate students.
