- Follow-up and improvement of all EMEA InterDC Replenishments.- Internal Projects to optimize supply chain (PLCM, CS, ...)- Building tools for clean-up of material master data in SAP- Inventory control of a 2M $ automotive product range.

- Built an automated indices package used in EOY-negotiations to obtain short-term savings.- Contributed to sourcing (RFI, RFP) of suppliers for one major industrial company.- Built and analyzed spend databases for packaging and transportation.- Contributed to find cross-BU opportunities to reduce costs.- Coordinated small team in a very urgent situation concerning the go-live of a new SAP system.
