Responsibilities: 3½ years as responsible for the order-to-cash (OTC) process. The position was newly created so I was responsible for planning and prioritizing the OTC process as there had not been a focus on this area. This included ensuring that the regional objectives and guidelines were met. Was temporary manager of the invoice query department for six months to improve the whole process and optimize the workforce. Continuous process improvement and documentation. Improvements were made from internal Lean guidelines. Also responsible for monthly regional OTC KPIs and targets.Results: 2011 resulted in the best OTC country and also best improvement of the Daily Sales Outstanding (out of 31 countries in the region). This was the first time DHL Denmark had received any finance rewards.Reported to: CFO

Responsibilities: 2 years as the informal manager of the department. Responsible for month end closing of the invoicing run. Including that all invoicing was finished before the books where closed to insure correct reporting. Responsible for all error handling in billing systems and all Master Data. In addition, responsible for process optimization of billing tasks and ensure documentation.Results: Implementing of e-billing system that resulted in a 60% cost reduction.Reported to: Supervisor / Country Accounting Center Manager

Responsibilities: First year in customer service with responsibility for helping customers ordering pickups, tracking and tracing and delivery of shipments. The next 4 years responsible for invoicing in Denmark. Responsible for monthly figures regarding write offs, revenue and insuring payment for everything invoiced / outstanding. Additionally responsible for the reminder procedure, debt collection and litigation and all major customers in Denmark.Results: Recipient of 2 internal Bravo Zulu Awards for outstanding performance beyond normal job expectations.Reported to: Nordic Billing Manager
