My name is Mr. Thomas Tran (Mr. Tran Ngoc Tri) and now, I am General Director in charge of the ecological Rest Stop Complex Chain of FUTA Group throughout Vietnam.Up to now, I have had 21 years of experience in retail and real estate management. Fortunately, I have had many good opportunities to work and contribute to international and Vietnam’s leading groups such as IBC Corp (Diamond Department Store), Lotte Shopping (Lotte Department Store), Vingroup (Vincom Center and Vincom Mega Mall chain), IPP Group (Trang Tien Plaza), Long Beach Group (more than 12 mixed use development projects consisting of hotel, resort, night market, traditional market, shopping center, water and amusement park, shop house, international beach square, …) and now FUTA Group (50 - 100 high-class ecological rest stop complex chain).Whomever I work for, I play the most important leading role. Thus, it helps me study a lot of useful real-life experiences, deeply understand about Vietnam’s upscale retail & real estate market as well as create trust and maintain good relationships with most of the local & world class brands, retailers, investors, stakeholders, contractors, government departments, press agencies & local authorities.Retail and real estate management is the greatest passion & aspiration in my life.
