Current•Partner with senior leadership to shape and influence business strategy, enhance operational processes, balance client needs, and mitigate liability.•Ensure best organizational practices. Establish, communicate, and shape cultural commitment by combining employee viewpoints with talent management initiatives aligned with client expectations.•Enrich Forrest Solution’s employee value proposition. Analyze internal and external trends that impact current and future talent needs, which differentiates the organization in attracting and retaining talented employees to achieve business objectives.•Contribute to new business and revenue generation. Implement HR cost-benefit analysis (CBA), allowing Forrest to quantify expenses vs. gains to gain new business and retain existing clients.•Ensure legal compliance by serving as compliance and governance regulator for Non-disclosure, Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation, Restrictive Covenants, and Severance Agreements.•Optimize critical programs in support of the organization. Design and execute HR strategies, policies, and processes for technology, diversity & inclusion, legal compliance, training & development, employee relations, compensation, safety, onboarding, turnover analysis, benefit reconciliations, and 401k administration. Created playbooks, project efficiency formulas, and metrics to measure the effectiveness and accuracy of these programs.
