I am an entrepreneur, CEO & Senior Colourist of THE LOOK, one of the world's leading film and TV post production companies. I have led a team of twenty five to deliver some of the most prestigious projects, including titles such as Day of the Jackal, We Live In Time, Rivals, Fleabag, Top Boy, Sex Education, The Gold, Landscapers, The Sixth Commandment & Gangs of London. I am an experienced supervising colourist & business leader who galvanises employees through internal and external training and mentoring. Myself and the team at The Look also engage in community outreach and masterclasses with local colleges and universities. I have worked as a CEO and Supervising Colourist for seventeen years, working on many high-profile projects both here at The Look and previously as a Colourist and Online Editor at MPC Technicolor.
