Supported the integration of our Vocabulary.com and Education.com product lines and small teams of five and four respectively, into the Salesforce platform within unique roles and as users. Built out the Customer Service, Vocabulary, and Education.com teams Salesforce Dashboards utilizing a variety of reports.

Implemented and wrote daily lesson plans using the Fountas and Pinnell Guided Reading system for learners with IEPs, while providing collaboration with various grade level teams, in order to boost student reading levels with great success; moving many to close to or on grade level.Helped to assess students' abilities based on the results of state/district assessments and used data to track students' academic progress throughout the course of the school year, while providing parents with information which aided student understanding and at home resources for additional supports.Utilized a variety of methods and empathy to teach students to improve desired behaviors by creating behavior plans that utilize social emotional well-being coordinated with the Special Education Team (Counselor, Speech/Occupational Therapist, et al.) and their families.Developed strong relationships with students and families through advisory, planning daily activities, tracking student progress, and generating action plans for struggling students.Created and implemented varied lesson plans using differentiated instruction that addressed each students’ unique needs; for example, utilized lessons which incorporated Smart Board technology, at varied levels depending on student grouping, which resulted in stronger engagement for 80% of students.
