I currently have over four years in the food service industry, with two of those years being in management. I recently began my new job with Info Tech, Inc as a Customer Support Specialist after completing my Customer Support internship this past summer. I plan to move to a developer position in the company once I complete my A.S. in Programming Analysis in Summer 2020. Until then, I will continue to build my working knowledge of our products by assisting our customers through call, chat, and email. On a daily basis, I utilize tools like SalesForce, JIRA, G Suite, and Cisco Finesse to help troubleshoot and provide support.
