Throughout my career, I've built high-performing sales teams with a customer-first focus. My leadership style is collaborative and has consistently yielded top 10% eSAT ratings as well as often the lowest regrettable attrition. From hiring over 150 people to promoting or progressing dozens within that group, I believe in team successes as pivotal to sustained growth but that individual accountability is a requirement to achieving team successes.
