- Lead a project to move PC development engineering from US/Europe to China. This included working with Notes developers, infrastructure updates, funding, process design and engineer/project manager training in China/Europe/Raleigh. - Managed the relationship with outsourced Lotus Notes development team. Moved the development in-house and hired developers, stabilized the current Notes environment, and developed a plan for moving forward.
