- Lead a project to move PC development engineering from US/Europe to China. This included working with Notes developers, infrastructure updates, funding, process design and engineer/project manager training in China/Europe/Raleigh. - Managed the relationship with outsourced Lotus Notes development team. Moved the development in-house and hired developers, stabilized the current Notes environment, and developed a plan for moving forward. Created specifications for a new suite of Lotus Notes databases and lead the development, testing, migration, and implementation of multiple databases used across three geographies. - Worked with IBM large enterprise customers on a daily basis for four years to create image solutions that incorporated their requirements for operating system, hardware, drivers, and applications. - Chaired IBM innovations team for two years to implement 47 new processes, tools, and products for use in the three worldwide geographies. 1 patent awarded, 2 patents pending, and 4 articles published

Began career in Aurora IL. Established a new facility in Raleigh, NC for GE in 1995. This location was created to service a global account in the Raleigh area and to grow additional business. Prepared the lab, created processes, and managed all day-to-day operations. The Raleigh operation was consistently recognized by GE for quality and efficiency.
