My missions:As a Business Partner, I work as an intermediary between field teams (operational and sales staff), general management and support functions, to support and guide companies in analyzing performance.My scope covers all types of management control tasks: drawing up budgets, monitoring forecasts, reporting, P&L, implementing action plans to anticipate and correct deviations, training staff in IT management tools, etc.My expertise is based on a solid experience in the retail sector in France and overseas (French West Indies/ Guyane, La Réunion), most often in an international context (fluent English), in both family-owned companies and listed groups.My levers of action :Expert user of BI tools --> I implemented twice a BI solution for financial and operational departments. The aim is to create visual dashboards enabling clear and precise analysis of the company's situation by the support functions, but also to give access to main KPIs to field teams, so they can manage their business on a day-to-day basis.Close collaboration with the IT departments to improve management tools.
