In 2011 I founded Veltion as a spin-off company of the Ghent University. Our aim: helping companies achieve operational excellence and strive for continuous improvement. In the past years, we have developed a sound methodology to help Flemish manufacturing companies improve. Our achieved results prove the success of our methodology.In 2019 Veltion and Logflow joined forces in order to better help our customers in the manufacturing and distribution industry.

Guiding SMEs in the wood, furniture and textile industry in improving their internal production flow, with total lead time reduction as the main goal. This project is a joint venture between the Ghent University and Fedustria and will train the participating SMEs in continuous improvement techniques.
