Working in an international environment (France, Luxembourg and Switzerland) on a project to setup a new eBanking and mobile banking platform, my mission was to coordinate the development teams from multiple geographic areas and purposes (back, front, middle) to ensure a successful delivery of the project. That implied, but not only, acting as a SPOC for all developments made on the Mulesoft platform on the project management as well as the business functional aspects. On top of that, I acted as a stream leader on the whole "Documents" as well as on the "self-administration" modules.
