Thomas founded the concept "What the **** will my future look like" - a series of four events in 2020 at Copenhagen Business School, that explored the hot topic "Future of Work", through a mix of interviews, TED Talks, interactive panel debates and LIVE sessions on Instagram TV. For this project Thomas recruited a professional advisory board with specialists from a.o. IBM, Google, Deloitte, CBS, and Novo Nordisk. Additionally, recruited 20 CBS student planners plus secured sponsorships from PwC and COWI to make it all possible. The first event sold out in 6 days and attracted interest on Facebook from +3k people. The concept unfolded TEDx in Copenhagen in a whole new way and has because of Covid-19 transformed into a series of content and livestreams across Instagram and Linkedin.

TEDxCopenhagen reaches +500k locals every year through content and events. In 2019 we produced a 10-year Anniversary in Tivoli's concert hall with 1200 people. Our nonprofit TEDx community was one of the first to be established outside of the U.S.
