En concertation avec la direction et les laboratoires de l'École, nous concevons, organisons et animons les cours et les études de terrain de nos étudiants, élèves ingénieurs de dernière année. Nous avons pour objectifs le développement d'une approche réflexive et complexe du monde de l'entreprise et de ses enjeux, ainsi qu'une culture managériale, industrielle, à même de les accompagner dans leurs carrières de cadres, ingénieurs et chercheurs. De nombreuses thématiques sont abordés, à partir des expériences des entreprises : gestion de projet, transformation des organisations, financement, ressources humaines, gestion de crise...
