Created the logo, chose "Start Here. Go Anywhere." as the slogan and grew the BMCC brand, both internally and externally by partnering with the college's leadership to transform a college of 14,000 students with declining enrollment (1999) into the largest college, two- or four-year, in New York State with an enrollment nearing 30,000 today and growing.BMCC had the third highest mobility rate among two-year colleges in the United States, according to data from “Mobility Report Cards: The Role of Colleges in Intergenerational Mobility,” a report by the Equality of Opportunity Project and analyzed by The Chronicle of Higher Education in 2017. The report shows that 41 percent of BMCC students moved up two or more out of five income quintiles, or categories used to assess household income.

Winston Preparatory School is an innovative day school for students in the 4th through 12th grade with learning differences such as dyslexia, nonverbal learning disabilities, and executive functioning difficulties.Created the logo, co-wrote slogan with Winston Prep leadership, and grew the brand, both internally and externally by partnering with the school's leadership. As it's flagship campus grew in enrollment, the school's leadership understood the need for more schools like it in different locations. Winston Preparatory School has now grown from one to seven campuses with plans for more."Winston Prep is essentially the idea that you cannot help students with learning problems succeed unless you understand who they are cognitively, academically, socially and emotionally.
