Tom Walker is a seasoned content producer and innovator in the unscripted content space. In 2023, Tom and the LNP team raised $1.2MM and shot 12 comedy specials with well-known touring comedians. LNP negotiated distribution with comedy giant, Comedy Dynamics/Nacelle for these specials. They will soon be released on Amazon, Apple, and linear cable television in late Q1 2024.Mr. Walker is Co-founder, President, and Executive Producer at Liner Notes Productions. Under his leadership, LNP has forged a strong relationship with multiple Academy and Emmy Award-winning, FilmNation Entertainment. The partnership is currently producing and distributing “Crossroads with Marc Maron,” featuring A-list music artists.Mr. Walker was the Founder, President and Executive Producer of Digital Café Tour (DCT), one of the first companies to innovate and produce multi-camera, live music, and stand-up comedy content for hand-held devices and the internet. The company was the first non-major network YouTube channel, as well as one of the first on-demand live music channels on Verizon FioS. DCT won (3) silver TELLY Awards for best in space for “Best Live Audio / Video Production” in the internet production concert space, beating AOL concerts and other larger competitors.Tom was recently second unit Director and Producer of network television show, Wonderama, as well as Music Producer for Emmy-nominated FOX5 television music competition – “New York’s Star of the Day with Ernie Anastos.” Tom was credited as second unit Director and Producer of BBC’s feature “Nashville,” for the segment on legendary music producer, Bob Johnston.Previously, he was Director of Creative Affairs at Batfilm Productions, as well as working in development for Frank Oz Productions at Orion Pictures.Tom is a classically trained guitarist, award-winning songwriter, and producer. He was the front man and creative leader of Friday’s Child, one of the most innovative Indie artists of the late 1990’s to early 2000’s. Under his leadership, Friday's Child spearheaded the DIY music movement, becoming one of the best-selling Indie artists in the US and headlining and selling out venues across the country.Tom also has considerable experience in financial markets and private equity, having been at the center of $1 billion in asset-backed securities transactions. Tom is a graduate Summa Cum Laude of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts Film and Television program.
