Outward facing role working with a range of NHS and public and private sector organisations to support the development of the UK digital health ecosystem. Specific responsibility for SME engagement and support, network development, and identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships. Achievements include:- Co-designed and implemented an outward facing engagement strategy resulting in active network of over 500 SMEs- SME development: provided coaching support, market intelligence, and system navigation- Built relationships with organisations including charities, academia and big tech, through market intelligence/access incentives and a range of targeted communications campaigns - e.g. Digital Leaders week, for which I developed three key strategic events with established and emerging partners, including Google Cloud - Developed speeches, briefings and keynote presentations for the national Director, and presented to both national and international delegations about national policy and how the NHS is structured, funded and regulated.

Worked with commissioner and provider partners to support the delivery of three major clinical, productivity and enabler transformation programmes across the six south east London boroughs. Achievements include: - Managed the PMO through a period of sustained change and uncertainty, resulting in a more cohesive and strengthened partnership across the health and social care landscape- Established internal PMO, external NHS England reporting/assurance mechanisms & internal governance refresh - Developed and oversaw the corporate meeting schedule, including agenda/report writing and risk/issue escalation- Coordinated the 2017/18 EoY report and 2018/19 programme planning process - Relationship manager and coordinator for an intensive 12-week Integrated Care System (ICS) programme, comprising workshops, leadership events, and development of an ICS implementation roadmap

Oversaw transformation projects in Urgent & Emergency Care (UEC) and Mental Health in south east London. Achievements include:- Design and delivery of interoperability project to enable patient record sharing- Stocktake of Urgent Care Centres required for roll out of new specification- Lead author on review of specialist advice services across south east London- Management and development of the south east London UEC Network- Lead coordinator of the 2017 Mental Health Delivery Plan national submission- Worked closely with south east London Mental Public Health consultants, leads and partner organisations to reduce suicide related deaths in the area.

In this role I worked as a programme manager across a complex health and education provider network, in the context of transformation and the 5YFV. Key responsibilities/successes: - Establishment and oversight of the PGD Programme Office. - Managed communication plans to share best practice and sight the provider network on local office activity e.g. through the coordination of a bimonthly postgraduate report for the Confederation of south London Lead Providers.- Developed stakeholder relationships through a period of change.- Leadership development: coordinated a pilot to measure the effectiveness of coaching in educational supervision. Phase 2 of the project will see a roll out of coaching skills training for supervisors across south London, to help improve the quality of training.- Management development: introduced a new fellowship which enables trainees to develop the skills needed to support both local and system-wide transformation - currently being piloted in two south London trusts.

Supported the quality management of health education/training, through the provision of up to date analysed data and quality metrics. Achievements include: - Routine data triangulation for hospital visits and follow up action plan development- National Training Survey lead - resulting in the highest response rate recorded to date and survey analytics- Briefings and reports submitted to all London Trusts as part of routine quality improvement exercises - GMC Dean’s Report lead - coordinating and populating an extensive catalogue of patient safety issues, risks, quality concerns and examples of good practice.

Responsible for the recruitment, rotation and appraisal of more than 300 trainee doctors across multiple education providers in London. Achievements include: - Implemented an at-scale appraisal process in Clinical Radiology, resulting in 100+ appraisals per event- Developed close working relationships with training leads - Successful monthly rotation and annual recruitment of Clinical Radiology trainees and specialist fellowships.

Senior administrative role providing support to the London Foundation Programme, where I supported the management of NHS training for medical graduates. Highlights include: - acted as secretary for a number of executive committees- managed trainee enquires and online communications- organised training events for London trainees e.g. introduction to mindfulness and wellbeing

Temporary role providing practical and emotional support to HIV-positive clients. This varying role included the organisation of counselling sessions and supporting clients through difficult personal circumstances in coordination with social care support services.

Temporary role in which I was responsible for organising and promoting two midnight walk charity events. Working closely with the local community, I was responsible for managing donor enquiries, designing and organising the distribution of promotional materials, web page design and volunteer management.
