Producing laminates books for multiple car areas• Defining and improving process of wishbone laminates designs within Catia 3DX CPD work bench• Working closely with Manufacturing and Stress Depts• Design of tooling inserts and manufacturing jigs.

• Building and managing Catalogues within 3DX • Process improvement projects including: UDFs, Template parts; including hydraulic scheming template used by hydraulics department.

Based at Johnson Mattey at their Royston and Brimsdown sites completing a range of both reactive and planned maintenance tasks. - Mainly working within the smelting and chemical processing departments. - Also worked on projects contracted to the asset management department.
