I joined Northvolt Ett in 2021 as the first local member of its Finance team in Skellefteå. My key focus was to support and work closely with the Manufacturing team during start of production, and I did so during the ramp-up from 50 to 4000+ co-workers on-site. Alongside this, I drove the implementation of processes, tools, roles and responsibilities for the new and growing Finance function in Skellefteå, with emphasis on setting production controlling in place and securing complete and accurate financials for manufacturing.
