Continuing to head up the Talent Functions inside ALEC - recruitment and learning & development functions within the corporate office and group businesses. This involves actively assisting in broader HR-related operational matters on a daily basis. - as well as managing and providing support for the HR operations at ALEC across the group.During this time, I was also tasked to implement and champion a HR Business Partnering model across the group.
