As a Field Service Engineer, I oversaw the maintenance of the Command Post of the Future repository and connectivity to other Command Post of the Future repositories and managed and provided oversight of the security infrastructure. I also controlled the quality, maintenance, accountability, and operation of servers, applications, servers, and equipment valued at more than $20M.๐๐ฎ ๐๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ง๐ ๐พ๐ค๐ฃ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐๐ช๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐จ ๐๐ฃ๐๐ก๐ช๐๐: โข Provided over the shoulder training and troubleshooting assistance on worldwide deployments for USARCENT Joint Multi-National Defense (JMND) G36/J6 TCP/IP protocols and COTS equipment, including VoIP, TOCNET, BCS3 clients and servers, Sun, Dell Servers Cisco routers, Cisco switches, modems, and Cisco Call Manager in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and multiple Army Central Command (ARCENT) exercises. โข Functioned as Subject Matter Expert in the operation and troubleshooting of a multitude of the Warfighters Information technologies equipment. โข Operated as a technical resource and managed the training on the operations of the battle command / publish, and subscribe services servers and command post of the future servers. โข Successfully managed training and provided mitigation assistance on TCP/IP protocols and COTS equipment, including VoIP, TOCNET, Cisco routers, Cisco switches, modems, and Cisco Call Manager in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. โข Provided leadership in the absence of the US Army Forces, US Central Command, and other team members to support the operations and maintenance of Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System, Automated Deep Operations Coordination System, Air and Missile Defense Workstations, Active Directory Services Interface, and the Tactical Airspace Integration System located in the Main Command Post, and Early Entry Command Post.
