With over two years of experience in human resources and manufacturing, I am a dedicated and versatile HR specialist who enjoys helping people excel. I have a dual degree in Human Resources Management and Information Technology Management, as well as certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Foundations. I apply these skills and knowledge to improve processes, performance, and productivity in my current role as a Human Resources Generalist at University of Providence.As part of the HR team, I support the recruitment, retention, and development of the university's faculty and staff. I conduct exit interviews, provide feedback and coaching, and implement workforce planning strategies. I also leverage my previous experience as a Chief Operator and a Manufacturing Operator at Big Sky Scientific, where I learned to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, to bring a unique perspective and creative solutions to the HR function.
