Surpassed industry norms by transitioning 90% of infrastructure to AWS for both front-end and back-end technology; successfully migrated legacy systems to cloud, enhancing user friendliness and operational efficiency.Helmed strategic transition of technology infrastructure following closure of Hallmark Labs; consulted on and managed integration of technology stack into Hallmark Media, including progression of Hallmark Movies Now Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) service.
