I established TAW WEISSE Int. in 1990 and introduced both, the term height-access and maintenance planning and the related scope of performance into the market. Our team was involved in more than 400 well-known projects around the world. Our core business consists in the holistic consulting and planning of guaranteed and economical accessibility to all of the maintenance-relevant areas, and facilities, along with the engineering of a maintenance strategy optimally tailored to the particular needs of the project. For this purpose, we set our focus on the economical and process related optimization of the building operation as well as the development of function models for unique and prototyped buildings / facades. In order to preserve the operational related knowledge, gained during the planning process, we established the maintenance program VISINOM, as an important part of BIM programs.
