• Implemented, ramped and managed a new Service Category for Sanmina: complex vendor-managed repair supply chain. Job required introducing 2,500 new Sanmina-owned parts into a system not designed for that and a full.

• Through Lean Six Sigma efforts, reduced purchase order cycle time by 60%. Booked annual savings of 2.1% for Philips and increased revenue 10% for Sanmina.
