For client, Philips Medical, with a large field service team, hired team of ten professionals in Charlotte and Hungary to improve late-stage product lifecycle supply chain by managing vendor and sourcing performance, and improve cost, speed, and quality metrics across a 300-member global vendor list with over €40M annual spend while increasing Sanmina revenue. • Implemented, ramped and managed a new Service Category for Sanmina: complex vendor-managed repair supply chain. Job required introducing 2,500 new Sanmina-owned parts into a system not designed for that and a full makeover of the Quality system which now had to comply with regulated quality and reporting. • Designed and directed the creation of quality management systems, web-based applications, processes, and metrics to enable program development for initial implementation. • Through Lean Six Sigma efforts, reduced purchase order cycle time by 60%. Booked annual savings of 2.1% for Philips and increased revenue 10% for Sanmina.• Developed Marketing Strategy, Sales Strategy, and Sales Operations Planning for Sanmina’s Global Services division. Sales Operations management using Sugar CRM.

• Created Extended Warranty Repair Performance Reporting and Tracking program to create actionable lists and performance improvement in Parts usage and claims reduction. Maintained all Services reporting for the Network Attached storage group.• Pioneered the use of bottoms up returns compilation to determine insurance product profitability. • Lean Six Sigma Focal for North America Services. Pro Mobile was actively involved in the mobile phone supply industry. • Created a B2B and B2C business that generated $1M in turnover for consecutive years. • Expertise in the creation and conveyance of value propositions and the sale of business models. Involved in several small businesses ($1M to $5M) in developing business plan and strategies. Served on the board of one small business involved in brokerage of parts and labor from China for the US market.• Completed a consulting engagement in 2009 for Braun consisting of multiple projects with the Director of Global Service Operations developing global operational and financial reporting protocols, implementing revenue generating opportunities, re-configuring the service network, training, process mapping and software tool testing. The results reduced overhead costs by 10% and direct cost per return by 12%.• Built a decision support model of Whirlpool’s insurance profitability by product using SQL Server and Access, my results were used during renegotiation to increase margin from warranty products by 20%.
