The Agile Delivery Lead role entails working with clients in the Southeast region of the United States in the areas of conducting Agile Maturity Assessments (AMA), enterprise level Agile coaching, training in Agile Coaching, Scrum, Kanban, Scrum@Scale and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). ● Assessed, consulted and coached Fortune 50 to Fortune 1000 companies on how to transform their software development organization using lean/agile techniques. Companies include Bank of America, Wells Fargo, TIAA, Lowe’s, SCANA, United Guaranty.● Conducted virtual and in person training sessions for the following classes: Leading SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Agile for Product Owners, PMI-ACP Workshop, Agile Testing, Agile Boot Camp, Agile Requirements, User Story Authoring, Introduction to Agile, Agile PM, Kanban and Waterfall to Agile.● Designed and developed training content for new courses.

● Acted as the Program Management Office Lead for Retirement Technology (RT) working closely with Program● Managers within Wealth, Retirement & Trust Technology (WRTT) to ensure that all projects within RT were compliant with Wells Fargo Technology Operations Group (TOG) standards and all releases were compliant with the Enterprise Release Management (ERM) process.● Co-led the implementation and scaling of Agile within Retirement Technology, a geographically distributed organization of over 400 people. Acted as the Agile Coach for RT by working with 12 Scrum teams to evolve their agile maturity.● Worked with senior members of WRTT and Wholesale to create a TOG to Agile artifact mapping that allowed for the agile process to comply with TOG standards and become an approved methodology.● Co-founded and led the Agile Community of Practice to capture and share agile knowledge and attracting interest and opportunities to drive agile initiatives across Wachovia. Led the effort to merge the Wells Fargo Agile User Forum and Wachovia Agile Community of Practice into a single entity within Wells Fargo.● Drove organizational behavior and performance through Balanced Scorecard (BSC) metrics by working with the RT ScrumMasters to define and implement key Agile Metrics to measure and improve RT Agile maturity: Commit vs. Complete, Velocity, Backlog Readiness, and Business Value Delivery. Defined steps to enter and extract data from VersionOne to feed the BSC● Implemented and managed VersionOne within Retirement Technology to facilitate the coordination, collaboration and management of Agile projects.● Led the implementation, administration and governance of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and EMC Documentum within RT to improve project collaboration and document management.● Co-led and organized Southern Fried Agile, an annual agile 1-day conference in the Charlotte, NC region.● Defined a training curriculum and knowledge management approach.

Led a team of 4 QA Analysts testing a web-based hospital productivity application developed in Java with an Oracle backend using the Scrum Agile methodology.

● Built and managed a 13-member development team that developed tools for test and process automation for an n-tiered, next generation Customer Care and Billing application.● Managed the development of an automation framework used to automate tests at the API, GUI and Batch levels of the application and created an automated daily smoke and regression suite that executed over 2,000 test cases automatically with each build of the application.● Implemented Mercury’s Quality Center test management tool within the entire 60 plus member QA organization and Mercury’s WinRunner tool to automate GUI tests.

● Built and managed a Quality Assurance & Control Department to test and ship QuarkXPress 4.x, the premiere desktop publishing application, on a quarterly basis in 21 languages worldwide.● Improved software quality level software by 25% and decreased test cycle time by 35% by implementing a test management process, defect tracking system, automated nightly regression suite consisting of over 2,500 test cases and creating internationalization test lab consisting of 20 workstations.

Conceptualized, designed and produced corporate identification, collateral materials and advertising for clients such as: Corona Beer, Stanley Smith Security, USAA Insurance, Muzak, Solo Serve and Transcontinental Software Concepts.

• Managed team of software technicians that provided technical support for PageMaker 5.0 users on both the IBM and Macintosh platforms via the phone and BBS.• Organized and managed the testing of Apogee and Scopus call tracking systems prior to their implementation into the Technical Support department.
