I am now a Producer for PM Studios, a longstanding and growing video game company that specialises in publishing. In this role I'll work as a production coordinator with developers, seek new games and projects for the business, work on platform submissions, support tradeshow appearances and assist with European expansion efforts.I was previously Deputy Editor at Nintendo Life, and prior to that Product Manager for CIRCLE Entertainment and Flyhigh Works, two video game publishers (based in China and Japan) with a successful track record on the Nintendo eShop. The role in Product Management was to grow the business in Europe and North American territories as the company worked to boost its global performance. I worked on multiple projects each month, with priorities such as PR, social media, release management and assorted tasks to ensure the best possible results.I was previously with www.nintendolife.com (features editor from August 2011, editor from March 2014 until December 2017), the most visited independent Nintendo website in the world; the role encompassed managing the writing team, editing content as well as writing editorials, news and reviews. I helped drive the editorial direction and focus for Nintendo Life, combining a commitment to quality work while also expanding the audience and increasing traffic. In addition, I previously provided some consultancy and copy-editing services to a European game developer, and served as editor on an eBook about marketing for independent developers.I also worked in eBook publishing and in an IT capacity as an Ops Support Analyst for BSKYB.
