Joined PF as a Test Analyst in a Agile development model, delivering features via their E-Commerce platform. Attending scrums, kick off meetings, writing scripts across multiple countries including America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Scripts included functional & non functional testing as well as translation. Projects include:- Successfully tested and release a new mobile platform that has been described as "Best in class"- Delivered the companies largest project by migrating from a old legacy platform to a new web platform, manually executing 1500 over 3 years.- Tested & released a new Guest Checkout systems, allowing customers to quickly checkout anonymously. - Personally ran testing workshops, in order to help the exsiting UAT team to achieve their ISEB Foundation certification. - Multi-Channel Order History (MCOH): Combining order information from the web, faxes & telephony to customers front end interface including, order details, such as delivery date, order date, cost, and channel- Product Groups: A new interface for customers was delivery, to allow better 'filtering' or products and to enhance search results, moving from a list view to a move visually appealing grid view.Other Tasks include:- Introduction of a new test script document to aid testing across 52 countries.- Introduced a test report document, to manage, how many scripts there were in total, how many defects out standing and how many script were left to run.- Static testing on requirements and wire frames and questioning any inconsistencies and to seek clarity for any ambiguities.- Manual data prep for testing- Defect management- Coordinating between, Test Management and the developers.

As a junior Business Tester, I worked on many projects prior to the Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) & HBOS merger. Project include: - Various Letters & statement testing Regular changes in regulations, legislation and the business resulted in regular changes to statement, from smalls changes to such as a simple word in a sentence shown on a statement to a complete change in statement layout. Covering both current accounts and savings statements. - Product Testing During banking crises and when bank charges were are the forefront of the media, HBOS designed a new bank account that revolutionised the charging system by removing the £35 penalty fee to a daily charging system which required testing at various tier levels.- E-Commerce TestingPost LBG merger, resulted in a lot of functionality being removed as the Lloyds platform was not able to accommodate a lot of functionality that HBOS had already delivered to its customers. e.g. Online Statements. This resulted in a overhaul in the Online Banking system to remove the "excess functionality"- Various small changes and BAU
