With over 22 years of IT leadership experience, I have successfully managed IT operations and service delivery for global and remote organizations, leveraging my expertise in IT infrastructure, operations, cyber security, and cloud platforms.As the Director of IT Infrastructure at Quest Software, I was accountable for 36 FTEs in the IT Infrastructure Department, providing corporate IT services for over 4500 users across the world. I led several strategic projects and initiatives, such as office and data center consolidations, Azure and AWS cloud cost management, operational security improvements, and acquisition integrations. I also enabled the adoption of modern technologies and solutions, such as Teams, Azure AD, IAM, SaaS, and DevOps, to enhance productivity, collaboration, and security.I am passionate about delivering IT services that align with the business goals and outcomes, and that meet the needs and expectations of the end users.
