Managed financial and physical operations of properties in portfolio including oversight of leasing agents and property management teams. Managed commercial real estate investment and development opportunities in the southeast, prepared financial feasibility and diligence studies, procure entitlements and managed the design and construction process. Responsible for a 766 acre master planned coastal community including coordinating with consultants for county, state, and federal entitlements and permits. Worked with various consultants and contractors to create a $75 million budget for the planning and construction of the community infrastructure and amenities. Negotiated and managed construction contracts for the community.
