I have been greatly fortunate throughout my professional career. I began my journey in the retail industry, where I quickly earned management opportunities. During that time, I learned a tremendous amount of skills in supervision, time management, training and staff development, customer service, organization, and team leadership. This experience built a strong foundation that led to my career in Human Resources. I have had the privilege to work for several different companies in a variety of industries. These experiences gave me the opportunity to function in all areas of Human Resources. I love learning the business, building relationships and seeking ways to make improvements to better support the employees.
