Responsible for overseeing the financial operations of SwingU, the leading golf and technology media Company. Will work closely with the CEO in the overall strategy and growth of SwingU, including particular focus on International market opportunities.

Provide financial leadership for 3 ESPN divisions (International Digital and Affiliate) of The Walt Disney Company. Lead a 60-person global finance team to enable organic and M&A growth. Major highlights have focused on improving forecasting to support deal negotiations with affiliate partners and acquisition of networks and digital properties that expanded ESPN viewership around the world. Key Accomplishments:• Delivered on strategic priorities for the $15 billion division as the finance lead for affiliate renewal negotiations, influencing financial and operational terms with strategic data analysis.• Designed a subscriber forecasting model that improved accuracy in determining changes to subscription numbers, allowing stronger decision making and quick reaction to consumption trends. • Drove multiple international M&A transactions. Led strategic, due diligence, and integration teams through 2007 purchase of NASN (North American Sports League) network; 2008 acquisitions of Footytips (Australia), Cricinfo.com (India), and Scrum.com (UK); 2012 sale of ESPN’s 50% ownership of ESPN Star Sports in Asia to News Corp. • Guided profitable expansion to new digital and ad sales opportunities including SportsCenter sports news programming on Snapchat, content deal with Facebook, and partnership with Taboola ad platform. • Embodied an organizational vision based on diversity, inclusion, and professional development. Headed finance and planning for 2 ESPN divisions (International and Digital Subsidiaries). Led a 15-person team that provided financial analysis and planning for distribution agreement negotiations, business development initiatives, and financial performance of subsidiaries such as ESPN.com, ESPN the Magazine, and ESPN Broadband. Shaped the expansion strategy for the European market, including the first ESPN-branded European network joint venture.Key Accomplishments:• Strengthened strategy development and collaboration in both businesses and introduced sweeping change to improve financial visibility into operations. • Delivered a turnaround for ESPN International; conducted a strategic review, identified issues, and led financial restructuring to offset losses stemming from the 2002 Latin America currency crisis. • Built the teams and processes capable of moving quickly to support business needs including distribution agreement renewal negotiations with major customers. • Made fast and calculated decisions to fulfill growth goals, providing expert advice on ESPN’s brand expansion strategy into the European market, and launch and growth of the first ESPN-branded European network joint venture.

Joined the company in an audit role, transitioned to planning, and within 2-years advanced to Finance Director of Walt Disney World Operations Planning and Reporting. Provided strategic direction and leadership to 5 direct reports and a 130-person planning department. Presided over and managed a $6 billion division.
