Suzuki Garphyttan is a supplier of spring steel for mainly the automotive sector. I have the full responsibility for three departments. Production Technique, Process Technique and the Maintenance Department. In total there are about 50 engineers and maintenance staff in the organization.

Scania is one of the largest truck manufacturers in the world. The ScaniaFoundry is a green sand foundry producing big cylinder blocks and cylinder heads in ferrous alloys. The role of the Process and Quality Manager is an operative role, predominately focused on process optimization rather thanquality systems. The job entails managing a group consisting of eight engineersand two operators, with responsibility for the foundry quality.

Production-, personnel- and financial responsibility for five production departments consisting of 45 operators.

Process responsibility for production in an investment casting foundry. Casting components for automotive, power and commercial industries.
