Realself.com is a consumers and providers (doctors and practices) community site for cosmetic surgery, dermatology, dentistry and more topics.In 2015, 2016, 2018 (20+ months), RealSelf continued to experience remarkable growth in traffic, and was driving multiple projects to get new and existing consumers and providers even more engaged. I helped them to deliver on some aggressive plans of various new features, such as provider dashboard, CMS system, new doctor profile, bookmarking, media uploading, site and doctor search backed by Elastic Search. It is based on Eclipse and its Webtools project (WTP).• Developed WebLogic Server integration components: application packaging and deployment, debugger support, server starting/stopping, state detection and watching, wizards and editor pages etc.• Contributed to API/SPI design enhancement to the Server Adapter API, API, bug fixes.
