Current-Implement a strategic retention relationship management process to share Humana’s value proposition with consumers -Increase business outcomes by prioritizing and managing customer and broker relationships and by instituting best-in-class sales practices -Develop and sustain long-term relationships with brokers and employers, educating them about current Humana products and services -Influence employers, underwriters and brokers to ensure that retention rates for all lines of coverage meet or exceed targets
