I'm graduated in Law and Business Administration, with expertise in Taxation in Brazil and International Taxation. I'm the CEO of ChinaInvest, a Brazilian and Chinese Consulting Company and investment fund providing support in commercial trade between China and Latin American countries as well as financial resources for investments in development projects in South America. Since 1999, I have worked and lived between China and Brazil, where I have acquired huge experience as a consultant in structuring business transactions between China and Latin American countries. I coordinated and participated in many business and Governmental commercial missions to China and Hong Kong, such as Presidents Lula’s and Dilma's commercial visit to China. I also hightlight other Entrepreneurial Missions to China from different states of Brasil, such as Rio Grande do Sul, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Paraná and Santa Catarina. These missions take part in Fair from different segments, like Canton Fair. Moreover, I'm a Chinese Government Consultant in international acquisition of goods matters in Latin America.I have attended many courses, such as:- “Inside China” – China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) at the University Shanghai; -“Business Strategy for the Asian Market Programme”, at INSEAD in Singapore;- EMBA “Advanced Management Program” (AMP), at the University of Navarra (IESE) in Barcelona; -Master in Business Administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas; and Post-Graduation in International Taxation.Specialties: I have concentrated my professional activities in the implementation of Joint-Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions Agreements, Commercial Agreements and International Taxation worldwide.I'm very focused in Strategic Planning and assistance to clients at all stages of their market entry and expansion in China and Asia.
