Since I graduated in mechatronics engineering, I invested in developing new competencies. The creation of a team to compete in the Robots War was a great complement to my training. Developing technologies in the area of mechanics, electronics and computer science, helped me to find opportunities in the automotive industry. I started my professional activities in 2004 as a trainee at Volkswagen of Brazil in Sao Jose dos Pinhais, where my responsibilities were related with control of time and methods in the Body Shop (Welding Line) and development of simulators in the Final Assembly. After 2 years I was promoted to Process Engineer, where I worked for the next 6 years. During this time I helped the Volkswagen Production System development, based on the concepts of Lean Manufacturing. In this period I had the opportunity to perform a series of training to develop my knowledge and international activities such as the implementation of Lean Processes and Low Cost AGVs at Audi and Volkswagen’s factories in Germany. These competencies have allowed me to assume a position of greater responsibility in Renault of Brazil at Sao Jose dos Pinhais. As Master Perfomance of the Final Assembly my main responsibility was productivity improvement. After 10 years of experience in the Automotive Industry I decided to found the company AGVS (Auto Guided Vehicle Solutions) Since october 2013 the AGVS offers autonomous vehicles solutions for logistical activities.
