Quantum develop the world’s most advanced order planning allocation and replenishment retail software solutions for both fashion and grocery lines, and service many well-known retail brands.Working as a Technical Consultant for Quantum, I was assigned to the M&S Foods Forecasting Project for nearly 8 years. My responsibilities involved facilitating the deployment of software solutions, streamlining complex installation and data management procedures, analysing and improving system performance, authoring and refining documentation across the estate, training staff, and more.Key achievements in this role include:• Overseeing dozens of successful go-live implementations.• Managing 2 major incidents through to recovery.• Building dozens of reports from inception.• Created extensive toolsets to greatly reduce manual activity throughout the project.

Galleria RTS focuses on retail space planning and product range optimisation, and provides leading software solutions to a number of the largest tier 1 retail organisations across the globe.During my time in the support department at Galleria, I played a key role in the development of solutions to production issues, designing and developing product changes and enhancements, managing release content and was the primary liaison to our client set, including Walmart, ASDA, Tesco, OneStop, Food Lion, Safeway, and more.Following my promotion to the development team, I took up the responsibility of authoring design documentation and developing large system enhancements to meet client requirements.Key achievements in this role include:• Leading the design and development of a major pre-sales software demo.• Managing a team of two Graduate Support Developers.• Designing a new release management process.• Obtaining Employee of the Quarter twice.
