My responsibilities involved facilitating the deployment of software solutions, streamlining complex installation and data management procedures, analysing and improving system performance, authoring and refining documentation across the estate, training staff, and more.Key achievements in this role include:• Overseeing dozens of successful go-live implementations.• Managing 2 major incidents through to recovery.• Building dozens of reports from inception.• Created extensive toolsets to greatly reduce manual activity throughout the project.
