Client Services Manager
Current- Establish a relationship of trust with clients/families/professionalsWhen needed, educate clients and families about the services Family & Nursing Care offersProvide timely calls to clients and document clear logging.
- Foster healthy and productive work relationships with colleagues
- Manage client’s needs and expectations as related to care – can include but not be limited to, schedule changes, solutions to enhance safety per caregiver’s feedback, compliments, concerns, questions, etc.
- Update On-Call Report as needed throughout shift.
- Attend monthly 1:1 meeting with Assistance Director of Client Services
- Deescalate consumer relations issues/concerns by implementing the LEARN process (Listen, empathize, apologize, react, and notify)
