Under Mr. Jackson’s leadership, EdisonLearning has delivered services, including digital curriculum and school management services, to schools across 32 states, a direct result of strategic efforts to sharpen the organization’s mission and vision and to implement transformative changes to the companies finance and operational infrastructure that halted spiraling losses and significantly improved shareholder returns.Mr. Jackson has devoted his life to advocating for issues important to economically disadvantaged communities and communities of color. While living in New Jersey, Mr. Jackson served in various appointed capacities for three New Jersey Governors. He has served as the inaugural Chairman of the Board of Directors the University of Medicine and Dentistry’s University Hospital, a $500 million institution that serves as New Jersey’s largest charity care hospital, and as a member of the board of directors for the Englewood Hospital and Medical Center.
