Current• Collaborate with third party vendors as well as title and mortgage companies across Western NC to meet with borrowers, sellers, and buyers to facilitate various loan closing packages.• Effectively communicate via telephone and email with clients to set up the appointment and gather details of the signing location. Maintained consistent contact through completion of the entire signing process. • Print and assemble 2 copies of loan packets, upon receiving them by email from the title or mortgage companies. Effectively maintaining confidentiality and strictly adhering to privacy policies and regulations governing client data protection.• Travel to clients appointed location for document signing. Verifying client’s identification upon arrival.• Thoroughly review and explain the purpose of the loan documents. Carefully guide the client through each page, ensuring it is signed, initialed, and dated in all appropriate places. Administer an oath and notarized client signatures where necessary.• Promptly and securely return signed loan package to the parties or institution by either delivering to the company, scan backs, or shipping through UPS or FedEx.
