With $675,000+ budget, manage external communications through multiple channels: Facebook pages, Twitter feed, web site, media relations, governmental relations, shareholder newsletter, advertising, and most printed material. Photography. Multi-cultural communication and relations. Direct Board communications and assistance, including the Board's Shareholder Relations Committee travel planning, execution, plus developing and presenting to stakeholders alongside and with Directors. Coordinate planning of Annual Meeting event plus directly manage development of materials.

In this brand new corporate position, improve the customer experience by developing a customer service training program for all front line employees, facilitate training at all locations statewide, implement and manage data collection on referrals and customer service scores. Also manage and streamline all marketing, public relations and advertising efforts, while initiating business growth opportunities via relationship building and fleet accounts. This position was eliminated.
