I develop a certain website/blog http://www.theoilscout.com. I am incharged of the website design, maintenance, administration, moderation, posting content and updates.

I was hired by a Search Engine Optimization Expert based in Sweden. He managed multiple websites and offers SEO services as well as Marketing and Promotion. My main task is Offsite Optimization and Onsite Optimization.In Offsite optimization, I visit Blogs and leave comments and feedback with a URL to link readers to the website we are promoting. This is in order to increase traffic to that particular website that we are working on. Offsite optimization on the other hand comprises logging in to the WordPress site itself and build tags, links and keywords to optimize the content.Other tasks include occasional Graphic Designs like logos and invitation cards. I also do building list of keywords. At the moment, Gary (my boss) is introducing me to the world of WordPress and Adwords.

As an Administrative Secretary, I am incharged with the management and organization of the activities and upcoming events particular to the Administrative Manager. I am also tasked to compose Memorandums and Communication Letters. I also lend a hand to our Human Resource Manager by initially assessing applicants and their suitability for the position they are applying. While performing the Administrative Secretariat duties, I was also delegated as the Bids and Awards Committee Secretary (BAC) where I schedule the meeting, prepare the minutes and prepare the Resolutions.In the meantime, I was assigned to the General Manager's Office as a clerk/support secretary to the Assistant Executive Secretary. My main duties are composing communication letters, preparation of GM's reports and Attachments and GM's Memorandum.

I was locally hired as a customer service representative by a call center establishment here in Tagum City called Siblings Solutions. As a customer service representative, I am tasked to receive phone calls from customers and address their concerns in a prompt and polite manner. I am also tasked to submit tickets and address it to the right department of the company to ensure proper attention and response.
